1. Subscription Fees / Paid Services

Users can request a refund within 7 days of payment if no chat activity or engagement has occurred through ROOMHY.COM. Refunds are not applicable once meaningful interaction (e.g., chat with property owners) begins.

2. Lead Generation Fees (if applicable)

If a property owner has received and engaged with leads or tenant bids, refunds will not be granted under normal circumstances.

3. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Partial refunds may be issued for unused premium features if requested within 7 days of purchase.

4. Fraud or Billing Errors

If you believe you've been wrongly charged, contact support@roomhy.com within 72 hours of the transaction for investigation.
